ICS3U/ICS4U

In Computer Science, students learn to create their own webpages and write their own interactive applications.  We make use of Lego NXTs to build and program our own robots, and we build our own Linux-based computers.  Over the course of the semester students learn the fundamentals of programming and complete the semester by building their own video game.

Students will also discuss and explore current issues as they relate to technology which may include cybercrime, the impact of social media and the impact of computers on the environment.
